For the 2nd time in public, Grammy winning artist Beyonce slipped on stage during a concert n Brazil last week

On her knees, Ms Bootylicious continued to sing “Irreplaceable” and tried to play it off as she got back on her feet

It wasn’t a MAJOR fall like in ’07 when she fell down some stairs, but still… a fall is a fall

That’s right!  Word is, the R&B songstress has teamed up w/ E1 Music and E1 Television to release a brand new album & reality series to go with it!

“It’s All About Faith” will be a show about the singers return to “the bizness”
